what I’m all about…

I believe in following your dreams. In miracles. That nothing is a coincidence. That you have the power to create whatever life you desire. That I was put in this crazy world to help people document their lives so that they can treasure their loved ones forever.

To be honest, photography found me. When I look back on how I landed on this career, it is just an unpredictable series of events that were meant to be. I can't quite put my finger on how or why it worked out this way.. But how lucky am I that wonderful couples choose ME to document their stories?! I do not take this responsibility lightly.

I’M ORGANIZED - Your day needs a balance of organization & go with the flow. Timelines are my JAM.
I'M ASSERTIVE - only when necessary! We all know our family members & *groomsman* *ahem* need a little pressure to cooperate sometimes!
I’M DETAIL ORIENTED. I know how hard you worked on all those little details and you better believe I will capture it all so you can remember it forever.
I PAY ATTENTION. His hand on the small of your back? Your parents laughing? Grandma busting a move for just a minute? Your maid of honors happy tears? That family group hug? I will catch those moments. I’ll be your stalker for the day- not in a creepy way I PROMISE!

what I’m not…

I don't force or pose moments aside from family & group shots. I use prompts to bring out your personality. Once it comes to your reception, I am just a fly on the wall!
I don’t focus on the “perfect image”. My goal is more on capturing the story of what is actually happening around you, rather than interrupting conversations and posing people with bulky equipment to take the perfect image. Your photos will be clear, don't worry.. But every magical photo that I have ever taken is from a moment that you can’t fake.
